He Did It!

9/19/2012

The word ecstatic doesn't even begin to explain how happy I am with our lives lately. Never, have I ever been more proud of my husband! HE DID IT!

I'm so happy to say that my husband is officially a Police Officer! {For those of you who haven't read about his journey you can do so here.} We are both so thankful for this wonderful blessing! I can honestly say Justin did everything in his power to achieve his dream and his perseverance and determination paid off! We both asked God to guide us in the right direction and open up the door to our future and that is exactly what he did!

Around three weeks ago my hubby was officially sworn is as a Police Officer! All of our family and friends attended and then we went out to celebrate! It was one of the best nights of my life! Seeing him so happy and content knowing that he accomplished his dream made my heart so happy. I love knowing that this career will provide stability and security for our family. Plus I know that he'll go to work everyday and love his job!

I can truly say God has never failed us. No matter what we're going through he always pulls through and answers prayers and gives us the strength to hold on even when the Devil is filling our head with doubt. He is so genuine and true and I know that we wouldn't be where we are today with out him.  I will forever be grateful for this wonderful blessing!

This would have been a perfect picture if his eyes weren't shut and if I wasn't looking at another camera!
My cute outfit for his ceremony and our pancake celebration the following morning!
{Best pancakes ever!}

Here is his video! AH I just LOVE IT! :)
