With Fall being right around the corner I've been getting super crafty and anxious! Not only does Fall have the best fashion but I think Fall has the best home decor as well! With that said, I want a LOT of it but it can get pretty expensive. So, I've taken the DIY route! Why buy something when you can make it yourself right?
A couple weeks ago my neighbor was having a garage sale. I didn't plan on going but I spotted this amazing wreath from my upstairs window while I was cleaning! It was perfect for what I was looking for. Long story short, I got the wreath for a whopping $4! I love good deals! Not only can I use this wreath for Fall, I can use it for any season!
Saturday I finally made time for crafting! Here is my finished product!
What you need:
-Wicker wreath of your choice {Hobby Lobby or Michael's or a garage sale}
-Flowers, leaves, pumpkins etc. {Hobby Lobby or Michael's}
-Hot glue gun {optional}
-Wire {optional}
How to make:
-Cut flowers/leaves stems down if necessary
-Stick stems into wicker wreath and hide them in between other branches
-Wire or hot glue pumpkins, gourds etc.
-Mix and match flowers and leaves for a nice blend
I swear, it's that simple! :) I didn't use any hot glue! I got everything to stay perfectly without it! If you guys have any other questions about how to make one please leave me a comment or shoot me an email!
I'm loving my finished product for our front porch! It couldn't have turned out any better!
Stay tuned for a lot more Fall DIY crafts! Etsy Tuesday coming tomorrow and Wednesday I will be recapping all about our trip to Hocking Hills/Lake Logan! :)

Seriously, this looks amazing! It is perfect for fall! I really wish it would turn out this good if I tried it. Every time I attempt a craft it turns out terribly.

ReplyDeleteDear Wifestyles,
ReplyDeleteAre you too "big of a blogger" to respond to your followers now? I love reading your blog. You had spoke of giving a house tour of your transformations to the home. I have asked previous times if you were still going to do this but you never even responded.
You seem to be slacking in the blog department lately. Get back on it, girl!! :0) Love the blog..but with the lack of updates I am surprised that people are actually spending their money to sponsor you. Because if things keep slacking on the blog...well, people are going to start losing interest!
